Re-certification and service of pressurized equipment is important to monitor. An established interval system and associated follow-up will provide minimal downtime and in turn reduce operating costs.

Lack of follow-up and service can lead to “undesirable events” and have serious consequences.

In our specially adapted workshop, we have 2 pressure test bunkers with video surveillance, where today we can perform pressure tests up to 2500bar with approved and calibrated equipment. This is carried out in accordance with current regulations, manufacturers and the customer`s requirements.

Service and recertification of pressurized equipment are:

• Bladder accumulator and piston accumulator
• Backup and gas/air bottle
• Shock absorber
• Pressure tank
• Cylinder
