To meet a need at Archer AS, HyCom developed custom changeover valves for controlling a rotary valve. The previous valves were no longer available on the market, necessitating a unique solution. Our team designed and built the new valves. The parts were machined in Aisi 316 and Super Duplex, and each component was then assembled with springs and seals.

After assembly, the valves were tested under full pressure to ensure reliable performance. We completed the project with tagging and 3D printing of blind caps, demonstrating our ability to combine traditional craftsmanship with modern technology.
